She L.E.A.D.S. Ministries was founded to give women in ministry a voice, a sisterhood, and a place to grow in their God-given calling. We believe leadership should never feel lonely.

Our mission is simple: to see women in ministry rise. We believe joy belongs in leadership. We equip them with confidence, biblical wisdom, and resilience, so they can thrive in their calling and lead with joy. Through mentorship, leadership development, and spiritual support, She L.E.A.D.S. creates a movement where women can thrive in faith and in life.

The Story Behind

She L.E.A.D.S

Founded by Valencia Moss, She L.E.A.D.S. grew out of her personal testimony and passion to create what she once longed for: a safe space where women in ministry could be affirmed, equipped, and supported. From Bible studies to leadership training, She L.E.A.D.S. is now a growing network of women who are rewriting the narrative for female leaders in the church.

While many leaders teach and preach, She L.E.A.D.S. combines spiritual development with mentorship and practical support. We don’t just empower women. We walk beside them, creating community and offering real resources that make a lasting impact.
